Dog Training & Walking Fields

In addition to our ‘Farm Walk‘ at Hesketh Bank, we have a number of fields, paddocks and woodland suitable for sole use dog walking (businesses and private individuals) in both Hesketh Bank and Banks. These plots are available to licence annually for exclusive use.

Sole use one acre dog training field
A fenced one acre grass field available to licence for sole use by dog walkers or trainers.

The Dog Walking fields are licenced for 12 months to local private and professional dog walkers such that they have a safe, familiar and convenient place to exercise the dogs in their care.

The dog walking fields vary in size from 2 acres to 10 acres and are licenced for your exclusive use on an annual basis. A price guide would be £500 per acre per annum plus the costs of mowing.

Current availability:
10 Acre Woodland Site at Banks, Nr Southport – an ideal site with lots of paths around and between growing trees. It would suit someone wishing to start up and run a full time dog walking enterprise.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not rent fields for equestrian or motor sports.
